  • How does a typical wedding shuttle run?

    In any wedding shuttle we always critique a schedule that is specific to the bride and grooms needs. In most cases, couples will offer their guests transportation before their ceremonies to get their guests to the venue without having to leave their cars at the venue overnight which is always a very nice option for their guests. After bringing the guests to the venue, some wedding parties will utilize the bus to take their wedding party out to celebrate and will return back for the grand entrance and following that couples will run nightly transportation back and forth til the end of the night to give their guests options on when they would like to go home. In other cases, wedding parties will offer a shuttle service at the end of the night to bring guests home safely.

  • Can we run multiple shuttles?

    Yes! We can run multiple shuttles and will help create a perfect schedule for your wedding day, while also catering to your guest's needs.

  • Are your drivers flexible if we would run over the allotted time frame?

    Yes, we always teach our drivers to cater to the group's needs. We know that the timeline line isn't going to be run exactly as it states, especially when it comes to weddings as guests are celebrating your special day with the couple! 

  • What are your bus options?

    Our motor coach options include our 56 passenger motor coach, our 38 passenger motor coach—which offers all the amenities, and our 24 Passenger minicoach, which is great for shuttling your wedding party, airport shuttles, and smaller groups! 

  • Can our motor coaches be ADA?

    Yes, please let us know ahead of time.

  • What is the most affordable option?

    Our most affordable option is our school buses which hold about 50 adults comfortably. 

  • How many passengers does a school bus hold?

    Our school buses accommodate 52 passengers, two to a seat.

  • Can we have alcohol on the bus?

    Yes, we have all of our groups provide us with a $200.00 damage deposit check. Trobec's will hang on to the check until after the trip returns and as long as no one gets sick or nothing is broken we go ahead and shred your check! 

  • What is the cost to reserve your bus?

    A $100.00 deposit to hold your bus, which will be taken off of your final balance. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The client may cancel this agreement in writing more than 30 days before the departure date and receive a full refund of the amount paid to Trobec's. If the client cancels the agreement 30 days or less before the departure date, then the client is responsible for payment in the full amount of the charter.
