Every Tuesday, we’re opening up the driver’s seat—literally. If you’ve ever been curious about becoming a school or motorcoach driver, but didn’t know where to start, this is for you.
Come take a bus for a spin in a safe, no-pressure environment. Meet our team, learn about paid training, and see if driving with Trobec’s could be the right fit for you.
No experience required. No commitment. Just curiosity.
Onsite interviews will be conducted if you are intertested in moving forward with our team!

What is Test Drive Tuesday?
Every Tuesday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Trobec’s opens its doors to anyone curious about becoming a bus driver. Join us for a no-pressure event where you can:
- Meet our trainers and current drivers
- Ask questions about pay, schedules, and benefits
- Test drive a bus (with a certified team member)
- Learn about paid CDL training
- Get a feel for what it's really like to work here
- Whether you're job hunting or just curious, everyone is welcome.

We created Test-Drive Tuesday to give you a hands-on, low-key way to explore this career path and see if it fits your lifestyle. No interviews, no suits—just you, a bus, and a team ready to answer your questions.

FAQ
Do I need a CDL to attend?
Nope! We offer
paid CDL training once you’re hired—and this event is open to everyone.
Is this a job interview?
Not at all. This is an informal event to check out the job, ask questions, and take a test drive. If you would like to meet with the recruiting team after for an interview, we will be available as well!
Do I have to sign up?

What kind of driving will I do?
You’ll drive on our private course under the supervision of a trainer. It’s 100% safe and off the road.
