RULES & REGULATIONS
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION: After receiving a quote kindly contact our office to make your reservation. A representative will assist you with any questions you may have and will book your reservation. At that time, a contract will be written up and mailed to you. The contract must be signed and returned within ten (10) business days. We will hold your reservation for ten (10) business days without a deposit. After 10 (ten) business days, your contract may need to be reevaluated. Please make reservations well in advance.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 15% of the contracted total amount due must accompany the contract. Reservations made after the indicated final payment due date must be paid in full at the time of receiving the contract. Deposits are nonrefundable.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payments are due 45 days prior to departure, unless booking reservation within the 45 day time frame (in which case, payment in full is required). The balance, due date and amount will be indicated on your contract.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept personal checks, cashier's check, cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. TROBEC'S will charge a $30 service fee on all returned checks. No exceptions will be made!
CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation due to your party, your deposit will not be returned, therefore forfeited. If you are paying by credit card, your card will automatically be charged your deposit. If you are paying by check, the check will not be returned.
RESERVATION CHANGES: Individual requests in a planned itinerary, flight schedules, early or extended hotel stays or for any other component of the Adventure must be made at time of booking or at least 45 days prior to tour date. Contracted amount may be affected and/or increased after receiving your changes.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Individual requests must be made when booking. Requests for handicapped accessible vehicles, trailers, etc., are subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed, unless booked prior to 72 hours before departure.
INDIVIDUAL SPECIAL ASSISTANCE: TROBEC'S Bus Service regrets that it cannot provide individual assistance to guests for walking, dining, wheelchair, or other personal needs. Persons needing such assistance must be accompanied by an able companion who will assist them. Participants requiring special assistance for other than personal needs must notify TROBEC'S in writing to determine what services can be provided. Children traveling must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
GRATUITIES: There is a suggested tip of $2-3 per person, per day to each of your driver(s) and guide(s). This is a standard in any driver/guide situation of any type of ground level travel. It is often given the last day of the Adventure.
